This  is to  approve you  request  for 2  LOTS ports  for  the period
mentioned  in you  March 22  memo.  The  approval is  for  the spring
quarter 1978 only.   This restriction is  motivated by the  fact that
LOTS doesn't have the resources at present to do this  for everybody,
but we can do it for you for the quarter.
